Once you have updated your resume and shared with us your reasons for your application, you might be asking yourself, what is next?

 

Screening

Once your application is submitted to our Talent Acquisition Team, we will review all applications as quickly as possible. Once we see the fit with Kiadis, our team will reach out to you for an in-depth conversation.

During the first conversation with Kiadis, we will share a bit more on what it’s like to work in our fast paced biotech environment and explain to you more about the culture and team structure. Of course, there will be plenty of room for questions.

We take sufficient time because we want to ensure that you have a good understanding of who we are and what we do, and let you explore what we can offer that fits your ambitions and helps you develop  your career.

 

Meeting the team

We are looking for team members with the relevant knowledge and working experience and fit our teams and culture. With this in mind, our interview process is structured, thorough and purposeful.

We will ensure that you meet the right Kiadis colleagues and offer enough time for you to ask us questions. Given the global nature of our company, some of the first interactions with you might be virtual but you will meet us and your future Manager in person. It is also more than likely that you will meet our CEO in person as part of this process.
